Matthew White, an associate attorney at Haber Law, specializes in general commercial and civil litigation, with a strong focus on construction litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients, including design professionals, developers, associations, property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers, handling both the prosecution and defense of construction defect, contract, and lien enforcement disputes.

Mr. White earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he concentrated on corporate law. During his time there, he served on the editorial board of the Stetson Business Law Review and was elected Vice President of the Business Law Society by his peers. His academic achievements include receiving the highest grade designation in Federal Pretrial Practice and being honored with the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for his voluntary income tax assistance to low-income individuals and families.

Prior to law school, Mr. White gained invaluable experience working in the construction industry, which he continues to draw upon in his legal practice. As a native of Palm Beach County, he has deep ties to South Florida and is dedicated to advocating for the community and its residents.
